What You'll Do
As a Regional Practice Area Senior Manager for the North American Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) Practice at BCG, you will act as a thought partner, supporting the regional TMT Practice Area leadership in setting the strategic agenda and defining implementation activities for the business while also providing ad hoc support for priority initiatives across the practice.
You will work closely with PA leadership to drive coordination and development of the TMT PA business. You will manage the creation of and facilitate the implementation of the people plan, supporting regional Practice Area leaders on recruiting, staffing and pipeline topics. Other tasks include business analysis and planning, lead organization, internal communication and affiliation activities.
In addition, you will manage the commercial plan and monitor the state of the business (e.g. lead flow, proposal pipeline and sold cases), reaching out to relevant Client Officers/Managing Directors. You will provide inputs to the Practice's Marketing Partner and Marketing Manager to plan publications, newsletters, internal and external events for the North American TMT business; develop a seat at the table strategy for the PA and plan activities; own the PA's content on BCG.com and Perspectives and be the liaison to industry platforms and associations that the sector partners with.

Practice Area Management & Operations team members keep BCG’s industry and functional practice areas operating responsively and efficiently. As a member of this team, you will contribute directly to the success of our business through a number of roles, including content development, process management, marketing, meeting and conference management, and internal/external communications.

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.
The base salary range for this role in Atlanta is $124,000 - $167,000.
This is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.
In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a bonus of up to 20% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
