NAMR BST Talent Planning & Strategy Senior Specialist

Who We Are

The North America (NAMR) Business Services Team (BST) Talent Team drives scalable growth, alignment, and performance through talent strategies and data for 1,800 NAMR BST members. As a Senior Specialist, you will combine content expertise, advanced analytics, and workforce planning to inform key business decisions. You’ll partner closely with leaders across BST Talent, Finance, and Recruiting, and engage with senior stakeholders including NAMR’s CHRO, CFO, Operations leadership, and the broader NAMR functional leadership.
 
This position will perform several critical responsibilities to support the BST talent lifecycle including planning and reporting, strategy, and op model work across teams. This includes:

   Drive workforce reporting: build and maintain reporting and dashboards (e.g., variance analysis, KPI tracking, benchmarks) that translate data into clear, actionable insights for leaders.  Partner to shape outlooks: collaborate with Finance, Recruiting, and internal functions on headcount/capacity scenarios; deliver decision support and high-quality responses to ad‑hoc data requests.   Elevate data quality: steward data definitions and governance; continuously improve accuracy, timeliness, and accessibility of talent data.    Advance workforce planning: help design and drive adoption of improved processes and policies; align stakeholders across functions to embed best practices.    Enable operating model improvements: support strategy and operating model initiatives across the BST talent lifecycle; adapt scope as business needs evolve.

What You'll Do

    Apply strong analytical rigor, sound judgment, and attention to detail to solve complex, ambiguous problems.  Build trusted, collaborative relationships with partners across teams and levels; communicate insights clearly in writing and verbally.    Prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment; take initiative and follow through with ownership.   Demonstrate learning agility—curiosity to master new topics, openness to feedback, and a growth mindset.

What You'll Bring

   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Math, or related field preferred; MBA or Master’s degree a plus    3-5  years in analytics-related or workforce planning; professional services experience helpful   Proficient in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, modeling) and PowerPoint; comfort synthesizing large datasets into executive ready narratives     Experience with Workday, Tableau, Business Objects, and SAP a plus  Polished communication skills with the ability to collaborate, iterate, and influence across stakeholders

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, contributions to BCG’s Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF), and a market leading benefits package described below.  

 

We expect total annualized compensation for Boston-based employees to be approximately the following: 

Base salary between $98,600- $107,100 (USD); placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level Annual discretionary performance bonus between 0-12%  5% Profit Sharing Retirement Fund (PSRF) contribution, increasing to 10% after two years of service. Contributions are vested immediately and there is no waiting period First year annualized target total compensation: $104,500 - $113,500 (USD)
