**Position: NAMER Inventory Planner**
Organization: Global Ops – Procurement, SLM & Logistics Department: PDRC Planning
**Position Summary**
Planning is a critical function within Global Service Parts Organization.
· The Planner has a primary responsibility to plan and manage inventory required to support demand within the PDRC (NAMER Region).
· The Planner will function as the main point of contact for the Account Teams regarding Logistics-related issues and will action or coordinate support, as necessary.
· The Planner will be responsible for ensuring inventory investment meets target, will own accountability for load rates, while ensuring meeting targets for the customer's Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
· The Planner will also meet SLAs for all external Channel Partner demand and repair center demand.
· This role will require the analyst to work closely with various personnel from the Global Service Parts Organization including, but not limited to, Customer Services Organization, Service Design Organization, Engineering, and Major Account Teams to design, implement, and manage logistics programs and processes.
· The Candidate must have the ability to communicate effectively and successfully with various groups and teams scattered across the globe.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
· Utilize Servigistics, Data Warehouse, Oracle/ES, Power BI daily.
· Maintain proper inventory levels of service parts ensuring no gaps in filling targets or demand.
· Work assigned Servigistics queue for both repair and new buy recommendations weekly.
· Work within an assigned budget to ensure the team is not exceeding spend limits.
· Understand how MOQ’s and scrap rates can affect the inventory levels / repair process.
· Be cognizant of inventory available at other global service locations (DC/CCW), NCR Atleos production plants, IRC locations, and prioritizing NCR owned inventory before buying from external sources.
· Review Loca Report daily for misses in the field, make necessary adjustments to inbound po’s to facilitate proper fill rates.
· Provide Get Well Dates for parts that do not meet SLA’s, targeted load rates, or customer demand.
· Work with multiple groups within Services to either expedite inbound shipments or push out open po’s based on current inventory and forecasted demand by collaborating with the buyers. If expediting, following life cycle of shipment from ship to receipt.
· Work with VMS Support or transportation to expedite inbound receipts for delivered po’s.
· Work with SLM (Supply Line Management) to help identify sources for parts.
· Review POD (Proof of Delivery) report.
· Review quarterly reports distributed regularly for scrap opportunity, E&O, and balancing opportunities.
· Manage part chain relationships, work with Engineering / SDO to understand impacts of new parts that rolled out and added to families. Understand New Will Service Old (NWSO), Two Way Interchangeable (TWIC) relationships, Replace, and Alternate relationships.
· Work with OMI for controlled release and product holds to ensure that orders are prioritized in the event of a specific parts issue.
· Work closely with Country Central Warehouses (CCW), DC planners (Distribution Centers), and Channel Partner team (CP) to ensure demand and escalations are met.
· Determine methods of shipping (ocean vs air) based on load rates and demand.
· Adhere to internal training and requirements that are distributed internally by NCR Atleos.
· Attend Teams Calls as invited, specifically weekly internal critical parts calls.
· Construct qualitative and accurate forecasts for suppliers.
· Maintain adequate stock levels and the life cycle management of phases out service parts and products, understanding affects of parts going to final buy status.
· Provide vacation and holiday coverage for team as needed.
· Other duties as assigned.
**Education and/or Requirements Required**
· The incumbent should possess minimum University Degree or equivalent work experience.
· 3+ years proven experience working within an NCR Organization with an understanding of Services and business goals of Services.

· Thorough understanding of the principles of Logistics, particularly in inventory management and planning.
· Experience in a high volume and high-cost parts environment.
· Strong experience and competencies with Microsoft Office applications.
