As NAM Procurement Leader, you are responsible for interfacing with suppliers and related entities, applying sourcing policy and developing operational plans.

Defining and improving Sourcing strategies at business or plant level. Including management of regional procurement team.Placing and following up on purchase orders. Managing relationships with suppliers for PO executionManaging problems and scheduling changes.Developing regular redesign of processes due to changing circumstances or management needs as needed.Collaborating with other functional areas - influencing peers to meet objectives.Handling work-related analyses and interpretations and developing approaches for exceptions not covered by policy.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.Have 8-10 years of experience in Sourcing Management.Have at least 3 years of leadership experience in the Buying-Procurement or Supply Chain space.Have demonstrated experience presenting and influencing stakeholders, leaders, vendors and/or clients.Have dynamic communication and interpersonal skills.Have the ability to prioritize, document, plan, market, and execute programs.
