What You'll Be Doing

Lead contract development, negotiation, and management for CapEx procurement.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Drive supplier performance improvements in quality, delivery, and service.

Identify and implement process improvements in sourcing and contract management.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement with operational needs.

Apply competitive bidding practices and support strategic sourcing initiatives.

Provide expert procurement guidance, training, and support across the organization.

What Are We Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.  

Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in CAPEX project procurement in industrial or infrastructure sectors.  

Experience in EPC project execution, financial structuring, or engineering.  

Exposure to global sourcing and supplier development in Low-Cost Countries.  

Deep understanding of FIDIC contracts, EPC frameworks, and risk allocation.  

Proficiency in procurement systems and project planning tools.  

Additional qualifications in strategic sourcing, contract law, or project management are a plus

Work Environment
This role operates in a hybrid work environment with a combination of remote work and travel to project sites, supplier locations, and company offices as needed. Flexibility and adaptability are key to success in this dynamic and collaborative setting.
