Job Description

NA Market Operations is seeking a dynamic individual to play a crucial role in the innovation and operational enhancement of P&G's Private Fleet. This position is focused on driving continuous improvement and elevating digital capabilities to support the fleet's rapid expansion. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the NA Private Fleet multi-functional team to implement innovative operational strategies, optimize digital workflows, and enhance our automation initiatives.

As a pivotal member of the team, you will also ensure comprehensive documentation of processes and track the progress of sustainability projects, highlighting innovative practices and outcomes. Owning This role is integral not only to the operational success of P&G’s Private Fleet but also to shaping a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within our organization.

Job Qualifications

Operates with Discipline: This ideal candidate must have a strong ability to both work autonomously and, in a team setting as well as set priorities to meet both short- and long-term business needs. An ideal candidate will have demonstrated strong follow through on multiple tasks including tight deadlines. This role also needs to be able to hold our internal and external teams accountable to drive improved results.Communication: Given the exposure and influence of this role, clear written and verbal communication skills are essential. This role will engage in discussions across multiple P&G levels and organizations, including Transportation, Purchases, HR and Finance as well as with our external business partners.Data Analysis: The ideal candidate must be able to turn data into insights and action. It will be critical to be able to evaluate multiple data points and combine information in new ways to action against the insights.Skills Needed to Perform This Job: Problem Solving, Data Analysis, Collaboration and Communication. The ideal candidate has experience in supply chain and managing external relationships. Intermediate in Excel. Tableau KNIME, PowerBI, & Power Automate.Skills You Can Expect to Learn/Build In This Job: Fleet operations management. Using data to drive systemic improvements. Loss elimination. The role provides a variety of opportunities to develop and demonstrate all PS Transportation skills and mastery in an ever-evolving transportation industry.

The Private Fleet is a 24/7 operation, 365 days/year so there may be expectations to work critical issues outside of core hours. Limited travel may occur for onboarding & training.

Pay Range: $85,000 - $115,000

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of equal opportunity factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skills, and level of experience.
