Job Description This role involves setting up stations by loading feeders, configuring programs, and verifying automated component recognition. Operators monitor performance, make real-time adjustments, and address any issues to maintain quality and efficiency. Daily maintenance and quick troubleshooting of feeder jams are essential. Quality checks are performed throughout production, using software tools to verify components such as resistors and capacitors.
