**Job Description** Buscamos un/a "My Work & Life Advisor LA" para unirse a nuestro equipo de forma temporal por 6 meses. Si tienes experiencia en HR Shared Services o contact center, una sólida orientación al cliente y atención al detalle, te invitamos a postularte. **Responsabilidades Clave:** + Gestionar y resolver de manera oportuna y precisa tickets relacionados con transacciones de Recursos Humanos, utilizando la plataforma SNOW. + Procesar diversas transacciones en Workday: + Promociones internas + Movimientos laterales + Ajustes salariales y aumentos + Terminaciones de contrato + Actualización de información personal de empleados + Asegurar la adherencia a los procesos y políticas internas durante el manejo de cada ticket. + Mantener una comunicación clara y asertiva con los stakeholders para resolver consultas y asegurar la correcta ejecución de las transacciones. + Priorizar y escalar tickets según sea necesario, garantizando la satisfacción del usuario y la resolución efectiva. + Asegurar la confidencialidad y la seguridad de la información de los empleados en todo momento. **Lo que Buscamos:** + Experiencia: + Experiencia previa en entornos de HR Shared Services o contact center, específicamente en la gestión de tickets (sin involucramiento en chats o llamadas). + Idealmente manejo de sistemas de tickets (preferiblemente SNOW) y experiencia con plataformas como Workday. + Habilidades Clave: + Fuerte orientación al servicio al cliente (Customer Service). + Excelente atención al detalle y precisión en el procesamiento de información. + Habilidad probada en el manejo de stakeholders (Stakeholder Management). + Comunicación asertiva y efectiva, tanto escrita como verbal. + Capacidad para trabajar de forma organizada y gestionar múltiples tareas simultáneamente. + Conocimientos: + Conocimientos en Recursos Humanos (deseable, no excluyente). + Idiomas: + Inglés intermedio (excluyente). + Portugués (deseable, no mandatorio en esta ocasión).
