What You Will Achieve

As part of the Medical team, you will gain hands-on experience at the intersection of science, healthcare systems, and patient impact. You will support key Medical initiatives that contribute to evidence generation, education, and healthcare ecosystem strengthening.

In this role, you will:

Provide support in the organization and execution of medical activities and scientific meetingsCoordinate HCP invitations, agendas, and logistics for Medical programs and preceptorshipsSupport the planning and coordination of postgraduate rotations and preceptorship programsCollaborate in clinical operations activities and internal processesAccompany Medical colleagues (MSLs/MMs) on field visits to gather insights from healthcare professionalsConduct bibliographic research and scientific information searchesAnalyze medical insights and field learnings to support strategic discussionsSupport social listening and identification of unmet medical needsContribute to initiatives aimed at improving patient access and healthcare coverageProvide operational support for cross-functional projects (e.g., congress tracking, CT processes)Maintain and update dashboards, metrics, and tracking toolsPrepare meeting minutes and support internal Medical communicationsDevelop and support scientific materials and presentations

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

Active enrollment in Medicine (last 1–2 years of training)Advanced English levelProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyStrong communication and teamwork skillsAnalytical mindset and interest in healthcare systems

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

Interest in Medical Affairs and the pharmaceutical industryExperience in data analysis, dashboards, or basic analytics toolsFamiliarity with scientific literature reviewExperience working with multiple stakeholders or projects simultaneouslyBasic understanding of healthcare systems and patient journeysCuriosity about digital tools and AI (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) to support productivity and insight generation
