Description Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth and optimizing selection in e-commerce? Amazon Mexico is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Selection Growth Program Manager to lead our efforts in expanding and optimizing our product selection across multiple channels. As Selection Growth PM, you will play a crucial role in growing our local selection offer, working closely with retail and third party teams to drive strategic growth initiatives. This role requires a unique blend of commercial acumen, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes. Key job responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to grow local selection Own and manage the channel-agnostic priority leads hit list, identifying key brands and addressing blockers Drive accountability for selection addition goals across teams Optimize selection growth in challenging spaces, such as low Average Selling Price (ASP) items Enforce and evolve Amazon Standard of Brands (ASB) processes to ensure smooth channel operations Lead initiatives to increase domestic Fast Track ASINs Creation (FTAC) in partnership with 3P selection teams Develop and implement optimal format models for specific product categories (e.g., Everyday Essentials) Design and implement graduation models for transitioning selection between channels. Basic Qualifications - 3+ years of program or project management experience - 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Bachelor's degree - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements - Speak, write, and read fluently in English Preferred Qualifications - 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience - 3+ years of driving process improvements experience - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
