Position Summary
1. Maximize the revenue and profit by planning and executing the sales strategy and plan optimized for the selected channel account based on the regional business strategy.2. Build a foundation for maximizing sales revenue and profit based on the trust and teamwork with the channel accounts.
Role and Responsibilities
1. [Gestión del objetivo de ventas por canal] Preparar la fijación del objetivo de ventas óptimo para impulsar el crecimiento continuo de la unidad de negocio y las cuentas del canal (socios), motivando también al personal.
2. [Establecimiento de la estrategia de ventas por canal] Planificar la estrategia de ventas óptima que permitirá cumplir el objetivo de ventas mediante el análisis de las cuentas del canal asignadas, el distrito comercial y los productos.
3. [Ejecución de ventas] Realizar actividades de ventas mediante métodos que fijen su prioridad en alcanzar el objetivo basado en la cooperación con las cuentas del canal.
4. [Monitorización de canales y gestión de riesgos] Participar en la generación de confianza con cuentas del canal y sentar las bases para un crecimiento continuo de los ingresos.
Skills and Qualifications
• Experienced professional with full understanding on specialized areas; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways
• Works on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
• Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments
• Typically requires minimum 5 years' of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience
