MFO is a cross-functional team that handles multiple functions within Mutual Fund Operations, including, but not limited too: Trading, Dividends, Sub Accounting and Vendor Relationships.
You must have the ability to maintain a good working relationship with our external Clearing Correspondents, external Mutual Fund Companies and Transfer Agents, and internal business partners. To be successful, you will be adaptable to change and work collaboratively with cross-location business partners.
We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 2+ years’ experience with the back-office operations of a brokerage or financial services firmExperience with vendor relations or sub accounting relative to Mutual FundsComplex problem-solving skillsStrong analytical, research, data entry and prioritization skillsProven experience collaborating across business unitsAbility to understand and mitigate riskExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and WordPreferred Qualifications:
Ability to maintain a positive attitude during times of heavy volume and/or changeStrong interpersonal and teamwork skillsAbility to maintain accuracy while processing large volumes of work under strict time constraintsDetailed orientatedBachelor's degreeSeries 7 & 63In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
