utilizing a music therapy framework in collaboration with the multidisciplinary treatment team Direct Patient CareConducts a functional assessment in relation to the patientrsquos reason for admission to support making recommendations of group topics general safety milieu engagement and transition planningPlans organizes and implements individual and group treatment activities using a variety of best practice music therapy techniques and interventions in alignments with the multidisciplinary treatment team planProvides enhanced individual support on to patients identified by the clinical team under the guidance of the department supervisor facilitates music therapy groupsMaintains timely patient centered documentation that reflects the patient and client systemsrsquo pertinent information
