You are a Municipal Liaison who supports our Fibre Connect business ensuring customer and business commitments are met. This includes supporting municipal relations, coordinating permit and agreement reviews, and handling general public inquiries. This individual will work closely with the municipal relations lead, director and other stakeholders.

This is an 18-month temporary fixed term position.

Essential Responsibilities:

Interface with construction primes to ensure engagement with municipalitiesCoordinate municipality updates being provided on a regular basis and ensure any specific municipality communication requirements are metRespond to general inquiries received via email or phone in a timely and professional mannerCoordinate municipal access fees, make ready and letters of creditMaintain underlying rights logsDevelop relationships with various external stakeholdersPerforms general administrative and recordkeeping functions to ensure project specific quality management information is readily available

Compensation

$48, 000 - $66, 000 Annually

This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
