Compensation: $35-40/hourLocation: Pecos, TXAssignment Duration: 6 months+Work Schedule: 10/4 Rotation or 5/2 Mon- FriBenefits: Comprehensive insurance , 401(k), Holidays and PTOCompany Vehicle Responsibilities Daily operation of equipment on locations i.e compressors, valves, vessels, pump, etc Daily operations of emergency shutdown systemsProcess controls and measurementsTroubleshooting and correcting of unusual operating conditionsMaintaining required reports and logsMaintenance on production equipmentMonitor equipment for optimal efficiencyScheduling tank liquid handlingEnsure safe working environment Respond to call outsQualifications 5+ years of Oilfield Lease / Production Operations experience preferredAbility to work a full-time work schedule, + OvertimeValid Driver’s License with a good driving record Proficient in the use of computers utilizing a MS Office environment General mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong initiative and self-starterAbility to work effectively in a team environment as well as by self without direct supervision Technical skills related to math and analytical processes Multi-task orientation with skills related to work prioritization
High School diploma or GED required, with some college or technical training a plus
