In office expectations: two days per week

Design and develop basic or moderately complex graphics, animations, and videos to support employee engagement, learning, and developmentProvide multimedia services to support departmental branding and communicationsAssist with the creation of instructional courses tailored to meet the desired learning outcomes and needs of the learners using tools such as the Articulate Suite, Adobe Express, and CamtasiaSelect, modify, or establish a design and development model appropriate for a given project.Implement stakeholder feedback to make modifications or adjustments to deliverables.Create Flash/XML-based reinforcement/promotional games and animationsCreate original designs for product demonstrations, quick reference guides, fact sheets, executive presentations, brochures/catalogs/flyers, web designs, videos, and logos/iconsDevelop and create print design and support materials including agenda booklets, banners and signage (branding), name tags, name tents, network maps, eGram announcements, etc. - Moderately Complex/VariedResearch emerging technologies and recommend solutions that align with business goals - Moderate analysisCollaborate with a wide range of internal business contacts to implement processes, new applications and system enhancementsServe on teams and task groups for projects/initiatives within the business unit and/or across the organizationPerform other duties as assigned
