Open to Hybrid at HDQ (Vienna, VA) /GPO (Pensacola, FL) *HDQ Preferred* In office expectations: two days per week + Design and develop basic or moderately complex graphics, animations, and videos to support employee engagement, learning, and development + Provide multimedia services to support departmental branding and communications + Assist with the creation of instructional courses tailored to meet the desired learning outcomes and needs of the learners using tools such as the Articulate Suite, Adobe Express, and Camtasia + Select, modify, or establish a design and development model appropriate for a given project. + Implement stakeholder feedback to make modifications or adjustments to deliverables. + Create Flash/XML-based reinforcement/promotional games and animations + Create original designs for product demonstrations, quick reference guides, fact sheets, executive presentations, brochures/catalogs/flyers, web designs, videos, and logos/icons + Develop and create print design and support materials including agenda booklets, banners and signage (branding), name tags, name tents, network maps, eGram announcements, etc. - Moderately Complex/Varied + Research emerging technologies and recommend solutions that align with business goals - Moderate analysis + Collaborate with a wide range of internal business contacts to implement processes, new applications and system enhancements + Serve on teams and task groups for projects/initiatives within the business unit and/or across the organization + Perform other duties as assigned DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS + Ability to adapt to fluctuating workflow + Ability to compile, organize, and present information clearly and concisely + Experiences in developing courses, graphic designs, and other technology driven products + Effective organizational, planning, and time management skills to juggle multiple projects at once + Effective communication skills to interact tactfully and effectively with stakeholders
