What You'll Do
BCG is seeking a Multimedia Coordinator to join the Global Content Studio Team full-time. As the Multimedia Coordinator at BCG, your primary focus will be supporting the Video Studio Manager and Digital Content Director on smooth day-to-day operations of our flagship video studio and video activations at prestigious global events. Additionally, you will support the wider Content Studio Multimedia team with operations of other multimedia programs such as video series and podcasts.
Your meticulous attention to detail and adept organizational skills will be crucial in maintaining the studio's efficiency and upholding its reputation for excellence. Your operational prowess will be critical to optimizing and growing new and ongoing multimedia programs. This position offers the opportunity to shape a growing capability within BCG’s Global Content Studio and to collaborate closely with senior leaders across Marketing, Communications, and Events.
The Video Studio Coordinator will report to the Digital Content Director in BCG’s global Content Studio.
In your role, you will support the day-to-day logistics and coordination efforts for the studio as well as select other multimedia programs, including managing calendars, inbox communications, scheduling studio sessions, and reporting on studio success. You'll also be responsible for managing the video production, post-production, and approval process, coordinating across copyeditors, video producers, and senior stakeholders—both BCG and external. Your ability to manage these tasks end-to-end will be essential in ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of new and growing workstreams within BCG, with exposure to senior leadership and opportunities for cross-functional collaboration across various marketing and communications teams. Strong project management skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and effective communication, especially with stakeholders, are essential for success in this dynamic role.

Managing day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment, including scheduling, calendar management, and inbox coordination.Organization, paying close attention to the smallest of details, ensuring seamless studio coordination and video production processes.Coordinating and communicating effectively with senior internal stakeholders and external industry leaders, including high profile executives and their teams, fostering strong relationships and alignment in content development.Overseeing projects end-to-end, managing the processes and keeping all contributors on track.Taking action, showing initiative in solving problems and overcoming challenges, troubleshooting.Prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.Demonstrating adaptability and versatility in varied roles, with experience in content creation and copy writing and editing a plus.Storytelling through multimedia and you have an eye for content, video production experience a plus.Thriving in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where your contributions play a key role in shaping the success of the video studio and global events initiatives at BCG.What You'll Bring

In the US, we have a compensation transparency approach.
Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.
The base salary range for this role in Boston is $74,000.00-$91,300.00
This is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.
In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a bonus of up to 12% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
