Role Overview

Support the execution of external and internal communications for our client's initiatives and projects. Plan and deliver assigned MDI communications activities in coordination with team members. Coordinate logistics and liaise with PNG Team Leader to ensure timely and budget-compliant communications activities. Build and manage relationships between MDI and assigned partners. Prepare and facilitate communications activities, presentations, conferences, or learning events. Support regular reporting and contribute to improving communications strategies. Liaise with PNG Team Leader on progress, risk management, and adherence to policies. Carry out other tasks as assigned by the PNG Team Leader.

Skills & Qualifications

Communications: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Multimedia Proficiency: Demonstrated ability in using multimedia and communications platforms/tools. Attention to Detail: Excellent observation and record-keeping skills. Relationship Management: Experience in building professional relationships in the PNG context. Adaptability: Experience working in challenging environments requiring resilience. Remote Communication Tools: Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

Education & Experience

Qualifications: Degree in a relevant discipline. Experience: At least three years in multimedia and communications roles.
