**The Opportunity:**
CACI is seeking a uniquely talented and highly motivated Multi media/AI/Pipeline Architect to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong technical background who also possesses hands-on experience in video production. You will be a storyteller at heart, capable of not only designing and building the technological back bone of our content pipelines but also contributing to the creation of high-quality multi media content. This role requires a blend of architectural expertise, creative vision, and practical production skills to develop compelling visual content for our cutting-edge educational products for the Sailor 2025 Ready Relevant Learning contract.
**Responsibilities:**
Pipeline Architecture & Strategy:
+ Design, build, and maintain the end-to-end technical infrastructure for multi media content and AI-driven educational tools.
+ Architect and implement scalable, efficient workflows for data, asset management, and content creation, from initial concept to final delivery.
+ Evaluate, select, and integrate appropriate tools, platforms, and technologies (including AI and machine learning models)to enhance our content creation and delivery systems.
Hands-On Content & Video Production:
+ Oversee and actively participate in video production, including planning shoots, setting up equipment, and capturing high-quality footage.
AI Integration & Innovation:
+ Lead the integration of AI solutions and algorithms to streamline the production pipeline and enhance our educational products.
+ Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, multi media technologies, and video production to continuously drive innovation and efficiency.
+ Troubleshoot complex technical issues across the pipeline, from on-set equipment to soft ware and systems integration.
**Qualifications:**
_Required:_
+ Proven experience in a technical or architectural role, with both pipeline development and hands-on video production projects.
+ Strong proficiency in designing and managing data pipelines and content workflows.
+ Solid experience with professional video production, including camera operation, lighting, sound recording, and non-linear editing soft ware (e.g., DaVinci Resolve, Fusion, NukeX or equivalent). Ingest of live action video media, proxy generation, metatdata tagging/ organization of bins, node-based non-destructive editing, green screen keying and motion tracking.
+ Expertise in programming or scripting languages relevant to pipeline development (e.g., Python C++)
+ A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Film, Media Arts, a related fi eld, or equivalent professional experience.
+ Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
_Desired:_
+ Experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and generative AI platforms (e.g., Claude, Llama 3, Stable Diffusion).
+ Familiarity with production management software such as Jira, Ayon/OpenPype, Shotgrid/Flow, or FTrack.
+ Experience with motion graphics and animation soft ware and color grading tools.
+ Familiarity with real-time rendering engines and virtual production workflows.
+ Experience with Game Engines like Unreal Engine 5 and Unity are a plus.
+ Experience architecting and managing production pipelines centered on Universal Scene Description (USD), including a deep understanding of its core framework, composition principles, and integration into multi -application DCC workflows.

**Pay Range** : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$98,500-$206,800
