The Difference You Make:

The Multifamily CRE Portfolio Management Analyst will support the three objectives of the business line: (i) Preserving and maintaining availability of affordable multifamily housing, (ii) Servicing the Assets in accordance with the terms of the servicing agreements and standards, and (iii) Prudently enhancing credit structures and actively working with clients to maximize recovery potential of all Assets.

Job Responsibilities Include:

Assist Portfolio Manager with:Conducting Borrower outreach to obtain updated loan informationPreparing initial drafts of annual loan reviews including financial analysis and qualitative factorsRun Lexis Nexis searches on Borrowing Entities, Sponsors, and TenantsCoordinate internally to ensure insurance complianceOrder and review appraisal reportsComplete due diligence checklist on modification requestsPerform daily data pulls from internal databases to ensure trackers remain up to dateMaintain master pipeline and track team progress and open deliverablesManage weekly reporting on delinquencies and upcoming maturities and rate resetsProcess loan payments, including wires and automatic paymentsUpdate loan portfolio management system and related databasesMonitor team email inboxes and trackersMonthly mailing of maturity lettersPrepare initial drafts of internal presentations, including market researchBuild strong working relationships with Santander support teamsMaintain updated and working knowledge of loan policies and procedures

Bachelor’s Degree – Area of Study: Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics or related field – Required1-3 years of work experience – Preferred.  No prior work experience necessary if you possess relevant internship experienceStrong quantitative reasoning and writing skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, and self-sufficientManage time and multiple tasks efficientlyDefine problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusionsMaintain accurate excel files, electronic files and database systemsEffectively present information and respond to questionsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsCollaborative team member

What Else You Need To Know:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range:

Minimum:

$61,875.00 USD

Maximum:

$97,500.00 USD
