**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience working in a creative discipline (e.g., writing, filmmaking, video editing, design, art direction, photography, etc.).
+ A portfolio of creative work displaying experience in Brand or Social design.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Master's degree in a relevant field.
+ Experience with global brand campaigns and understanding of regional cultural nuances.
+ Understanding of the Android ecosystem and familiarity with Google's product suite.
+ Excellent communication, presentation, and people-management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization.
+ Passion for technology, innovation, and user-centric design.
**About the job**
In this role, you will be responsible for the entire creative experience. This pivotal role requires a visionary leader who can not only define the overarching creative strategy but also grow in a changing environment, overseeing the rapid production of content (often with less than 24-hour turnarounds). You will be instrumental in shaping how Android products and experiences are communicated to consumers globally, working at the intersection of brand, product, and culture.
This role is ideal for a leader passionate about innovation, storytelling, and developing content. You will manage an in-house production studio, guiding a talented team while also thinking creatively and leveraging advanced tools, including Google AI creative tools, to deliver impactful results.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $141,000-$206,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. **Responsibilities**
+ Define the creative strategy for Android's consumer-facing content, ensuring brand consistency and market relevance.
+ Lead the changing production of content, managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
+ Partner with Product, Marketing, and other teams to align creative content with business goals.
+ Manage and mentor an in-house creative team, including a Producer and Visual Designer.
+ Drive creative innovation by integrating new technologies, like Google AI, while overseeing the efficient operation of the in-house production studio.
