Job scope:
Assist with implementation and improvement of programs for consumer acquisition and retention (including loyalty program).Support management of consumer journeys and segmentation across channels.Contribute to the setup and optimization of “recommended actions” within the consumer journey.Collect and process consumer feedback (e.g., from NPS), support CX improvements.Cooperate with internal teams and external partners
Requirements:
University degree in marketing, business, or a related field.2+ years of experience in marketing/sales in FMCG, Telco, Banking or other direct to consumer segment.Experience with omnichannel marketing or CX is an advantage.Experience with project support or teamwork.Analytical thinking, digital skills, willingness to learn A-B testing and CX metrics.Fluent English.Good communication and teamwork skill
