Are you a highly experienced and versatile technician with a knack for keeping buildings in top shape? JLL Philippines is seeking a Multi-Skilled Technician to join our dedicated team. If you excel in hands-on maintenance across various disciplines and are committed to operational excellence and safety, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

Be a Facilities Expert: Perform direct and actual operations and maintenance for a wide range of building systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (MEPF).

Aircon Specialist: Lead the charge in air conditioning operations and maintenance, ensuring optimal climate control.

Hands-On Problem Solver: Utilize your skills in various trades like plumbing, welding, carpentry, masonry, and painting to address diverse maintenance needs.

Safety Champion: Adhere strictly to Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) guidelines, ensuring a safe environment for everyone.

Rapid Response: Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth operations.

What You'll Bring:

10+ years of direct and actual work experience in Aircon Operations & Maintenance / Building Operations & Maintenance (MEPF).

NC II Certificate(s) in relevant trades (e.g., electrical, mechanical, HVAC)

Thorough knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) practices

Ability to reside near BGC Taguig or have a travel time of no more than one hour to and from the client site

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
