Job Title: Multi-Skilled/Field Operator
Work Schedule: 8/6 Rotation

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor well operations including gas lift wells, ESPs, three-phase separation, gas compression, and pipeline systems. Perform control board operations and minor maintenance on valves, pumps, and rotating equipment. Support other operators and craft personnel with daily tasks. Conduct routine maintenance activities: take readings, perform rounds, issue work permits, follow procedures, initiate work requests, and write procedures. Monitor well and equipment performance to maximize production. Optimize chemical pump rates using production data (e.g., corrosion, paraffin, soap injection). Collaborate with engineering teams for data collection and analysis. Track compression test data and conduct fluid level measurements using echo meter.

Required Skills & Experience:

3–5 years of relevant experience. Intermediate-level technical and functional knowledge. Familiarity with departmental systems, terminology, and procedures. Ability to perform routine tasks and solve basic problems. Capable of making informed decisions independently.
