Position Title: Multi-Skilled Operator

Key Accountabilities:

Operate and monitor well systems including gas lifted wells, ESPs, three-phase separation, and gas compression Perform control board and pipeline operations Conduct minor maintenance on valves, pumps, and rotating equipment Assist other operators and craft personnel with field duties Execute maintenance tasks, take readings, perform rounds, and issue work permits Follow operational procedures and initiate work requests Write and update procedures in collaboration with support teams Monitor well and equipment performance to maximize production Optimize chemical pump rates based on production data (e.g., corrosion, paraffin, soap injection) Interface with engineering teams for data gathering and analysis Track test compression data and conduct fluid level measurements using echo meter

Required and Preferred Skills and Experience:

3–5 years of relevant experience in oil and gas operations Intermediate technical and functional knowledge Familiarity with departmental systems, terminology, and procedures Ability to perform routine tasks and solve basic operational problems
