Role Overview

Well Operations Management: Oversee operations of gas lifted wells, ESP's, and three-phase separation. Maintenance Preparation: Conduct readings, perform rounds, issue work permits, and follow established procedures. Performance Monitoring: Proactively monitor well and equipment performance to maximize production. Chemical Optimization: Collaborate with support groups to optimize chemical pump rates based on production data. Data Gathering: Interface with Engineering for data collection and analysis. Compression Tracking: Maintain and track test compression data. Fluid Level Assessment: Conduct fluid level measurements using echo meters.

Skills & Qualifications

MS Office Suite: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Process Knowledge: Understanding of processes and procedures related to well operations. Maintenance Skills: Basic knowledge of maintenance for valves, pumps, and rotating equipment. Technical Support: Ability to provide technical and administrative support. Learning Agility: Demonstrated ability to learn terminology and standard procedures.

Qualifications: Entry-level position, typically requiring 0-3 years of experience.
