Join a dynamic team in the oil and gas industry as a Multi-Skilled Operator I, where you will play a crucial role in optimizing well operations and enhancing production efficiency.

Role Overview

Responsible for well operations, including gas lifted wells, ESP's, three-phase separation, and gas compression. Operate control boards and pipelines while performing minor maintenance on valves, pumps, and rotating equipment. Prepare for and execute maintenance tasks, including taking readings and issuing work permits. Proactively monitor well and equipment performance to maximize production. Collaborate with support groups to optimize chemical pump rates based on production data. Interface with Engineering for data gathering requests and track test compression data. Conduct fluid level measurements using an echo meter.

Skills & Qualifications

Permits: Knowledge of work permit processes. Equipment & Tools: Familiarity with operational tools and equipment. Processes & Procedures: Understanding of standard operating procedures.

Education & Experience

Qualifications: Entry-level position, typically requiring 0-3 years of experience. Certifications: Relevant technical certifications are a plus.
