We are currently looking for a Multi Skilled Operative to join our fantastic team at our Tarmac Plant in Banbury, Oxfordshire. The site is easily accessible from Banbury, Bicester, Bodicote, Kidlington, Oxford, Brackley, Moreton-in-Marsh, Stratford-on-Avon, Royal Leamington Spa, Daventry, Northampton and surrounding areas.

Role Responsibility
As Multi Skilled Operative reporting directly to the Plant Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
All operational activities within a manufacturing environmentMeeting daily production target requirementsSupporting all site KPI’s including quality, Health and Safety, site housekeepingSupporting and working alongside our site fitter on basic operator lead maintenanceWeighbridge dutiesHousekeeping and delivering excellent site standardsWorking with a team focused on great customer service, especially providing good quality material and on-time deliveries to a varied customer baseCarrying out inspections on the plant and carry out housekeeping tasks and basic daily maintenanceEnsuring stocks are replenished and maintained to good levels
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for the role of Multi Skilled Operative will have previous plant operational experience. You will also:
Be flexible and able to demonstrate a can do attitudePossess initiative and be able to think for themselvesHold a full UK driving LicenceBe a team player and an affective communicatorBe confident using various IT applicationsIdeally to have a forklift truck and loading shovel licence (training will be given to the right candidate)Have a good attitude towards Health and Safety and the environmentHard working and willing to learn new skills
