Are you someone who can:

Achieve net profit growth for businessAchieve the delivery of exceptional customer experience against the Balanced Scorecard standardsEngage with the customers in a professional way as specified in the service standardsEnsure customer's needs and expectations are understood and solutions providedDeal with customer complaints, relating to collection activities and ensure that it is resolved to the satisfaction of the customerConvert identified leads into successful salesAchieve individual targets as set according to appropriate business area or sales planManage performance standards for the relief role(s) in Telling, Service, Sales or AdministrationApprove, validate, verify, check and authorise Frontline activitiesComply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirementsTrack, control and influence sales activities with the specific aim to increase sales efficiencies

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

Have a Grade 12 CertificateHave 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar environment
