Job DescriptionRole Summary
The Multi-Site Porter plays a key role in delivering a high-quality workplace experience by providing proactive, hands-on support across client facilities. This role blends concierge-style service with porter and light facility support, ensuring common areas, meeting spaces, and amenities are clean, safe, functional, and ready for use at all times.
The successful candidate will be service-oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic corporate environment. This role is highly visible and interacts regularly with tenants, visitors, and client leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Tenant Support
Support meeting and event setups, including furniture arrangement and room readinessAssist with executive and leadership meeting preparationCoordinate and communicate service requests to appropriate personnelProvide timely updates and escalate issues as requiredPorter & Facility Support
Perform proactive rounds of lobbies, washrooms, kitchens, and common areasRestock consumables (paper products, soap, sanitizer, coffee supplies, etc.)Respond quickly to spills, cleanliness issues, and urgent requestsSupport waste, recycling, and general upkeepAssist with internal moves, deliveries, and basic logisticsLight Handyperson Support (Asset)
Perform minor repairs and adjustments such as:Replacing light bulbsTightening hardwareHanging signageResetting furniture or fixturesIdentify maintenance issues and escalate when work is beyond scopeSafety & Quality
Follow all safety procedures and use PPE as requiredIdentify and report hazardsMaintain cleanliness, presentation, and service standardsComplete daily checklists and documentationSkills & Attributes
Required
