**Job Title:** Multi-Site Plant Controller
**Location:** Portage, WI 53901 (Onsite)
**Pay Rate:** $50/hour (Negotiable)
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

**Position Summary:**
The Multi-Site Plant Controller will oversee financial operations for two manufacturing facilities: Portage, WI (primary location) and Poestenkill, NY. This role is a key member of the site leadership team, supporting strategic decision-making, financial planning, and operational efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls.
+ Lead annual budgeting and forecasting (RF1/3) processes.
+ Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights.
+ Manage month-end close, journal entries, and balance sheet accuracy.
+ Develop and maintain standard cost models and margin transparency.
+ Support manufacturing operations with cost accounting expertise.
+ Promote safety and environmental compliance across sites.
+ Travel periodically to Poestenkill, NY facility.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).
+ Master’s Degree or CPA certification (preferred).
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing plant as a Cost Accountant or Plant Controller (required).
+ Experience in corporate finance or FP&A (preferred).
+ Strong knowledge of cost accounting and ERP systems (SAP, QAD, Oracle).
+ Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
+ Proven ability to manage complex financial processes and drive performance.
**Technical Skills:**
+ Project management and performance tracking.
+ Training and development for teams and individuals.
+ Strategic financial planning and S&OP.
+ Internal controls and compliance in manufacturing environments.
+ Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
