What You Will Be Doing

As the Multi-Functional Manufacturing Planner Associate Manager, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team and coordinating daily activities to identify and react to changing needs and priorities and driving results. Your responsibilities include:
*Managing a team to provide Production with parts and supplies in support of the C130J Program.
*Coordinate daily activities with manufacturing, quality and customer counterparts.
*Assigning personnel to support critical schedule changes.
*Providing status updates to all levels of management.
*Attend multiple meetings and resolve complex technical or operational issues.

Basic Qualifications:
*Bachelors degree or equivalent related experience.
*Ability to manage various budgets and specifically supplies budget.
*Demonstrated proficient knowledge of computer systems, databases and programs.
*Strategic thinker with lean manufacturing focus (Greenbelt certified or equivalent).
*Excellent communication skills.
*Demonstrate strong problem solving and multitasking skills.
*Proven ability to lead a team to success achieving company and departmental goals.
*SAP experience, actively use transactions to support material operations.
*Warehouse and or material management experience.
Desired Skills:
*Black Belt/Green Belt trained and certified.
*Ability to understand Bill of Materials, pick list and constraint reports.
*Ability to analyze Production reports and present data to multiple levels of management.
*Experience and in depth understanding of lean manufacturing concepts, ex. cell design, material flow and pull systems.
*Knowledge of Tool Management concepts and storage technology.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
