Multi-Channel Engagement Manager

**Key Responsibilities**
1. Multi-Channel Engagement (MCE):
+ Lead the design, setup, and execution of MCE initiatives targeting HCPs, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and performance goals.
+ Implement virtual representative platforms and manage digital engagement tools for product detailing and education.
+ Execute e-CME programs on selected platforms to enhance HCP engagement and education.
+ Collaborate with the Trade team to identify and realize business opportunities at drug stores.
2. Strategic Alignment:
+ Ensure all MCE activities are aligned with brand strategy, performance expectations, and route-to-market plans.
3. KPI Ownership:
+ Own and monitor financial KPIs and Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) KPIs related to MCE initiatives
**Qualifications & Experience**
Work Experience:
+ Minimum of 6–8 years of experience in digital marketing, multi-channel engagement, or brand strategy within a regulated industry (healthcare or pharma preferred).
Professional Skills:
+ Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate brand plans into digital execution.
+ Deep understanding of digital platforms, virtual engagement tools, and campaign optimization.
+ Proven ability to manage KPIs and drive performance through digital initiatives.
+ Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including Trade, Marketing, and Sales.
