Kforce's client in Agawam, MA has an immediate need for a Senior MuleSoft Developer for a Contract and Contract to hire position. Summary: The Senior MuleSoft Developer collaborates with project teams and customer-focused teams to develop, implement, and support new MuleSoft integrations. While the current focus is on MuleSoft, this role offers opportunities to expand into other integration technologies as business needs evolve. This position requires problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring high-quality integration solutions. Duties and Responsibilities: * MuleSoft Developer will work with architects and other developers to implement software for strategic projects * Provide accurate level-of-effort estimates based on business requirements * Document development work with appropriate collateral as needed * Participate in technical design and code reviews to ensure quality and best practices * Serve as a technical lead on smaller projects and contribute collaboratively to larger projects * Develop, test, and deploy APIs and integrations using MuleSoft and related technologies * Work within a mixed Windows and PaaS environment * Stay informed about other integration technologies and contribute to discussions about future integration strategies * Collaborate effectively across functional and departmental teams * Coach and mentor junior developers * Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project status and delivery timeframes * Advocate for innovation and continuous improvement in development processes and team culture * As a MuleSoft Developer, you will explore and evaluate emerging integration technologies to support future needs * Occasional off-hours work, including nights and weekends, may be required for mission-critical needs * Other tasks as assigned
