**What you’ll do:** + The MTL Technical Service Engineer is primarily responsible for providing technical expertise and deliver technical solutions and support to customers and internal teams. + Handle customer complaints，feedback on on-site problems and fix it with team . + Conduct root cause analysis and assist in resolving issues for isolating barriers and surge protectors (SPD) . + Provide pre-sales technical support to customers as per sales requests, including product specification clarification and application suitability guidance . + Deliver technical training on products to internal sales teams and external customers . **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in electrical / Electronic Engineering or related field . + At least 5 years of automation technology experience in the Oil & Gas (O&G) industry. + Explosion-Proof Knowledge，Isolating Barriers，Instrumentation and Control Systems，Safety Integrity Levels，Temperature Measurement and Compensation + Communication Protocols + Good at English Reading + Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-team coordination skills
