 Summary
We are looking for a motivated IAM Platform Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex issues, thrives under pressure, and is passionate about operational excellence. You will play a key role in managing IAM incidents, supporting audits, and ensuring reliability of IAM services, while continuously learning and adapting to new tools and technologies in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

Monitor, triage, and resolve IAM-related incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.Lead or participate in problem management and root cause analysis for recurring or major IAM issues.Support access certification, SOX controls, and audit evidence collection for compliance reporting.Participate in and support on-call rotations for 24x7 incident response.Assist in maintaining and improving IAM platforms including Okta, Entra, Active Directory, SailPoint, CyberArk, PKI.Apply security patches and updates across IAM systems.Contribute to documentation, playbooks, and operational runbooks.Stay current with emerging IAM tools and best practices.Embrace continuous learning and contribute to platform modernization.

What You Bring

4+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management or enterprise IT with a focus on access management.Working knowledge of IAM tools such as Okta, Entra, SailPoint, CyberArk.Familiarity with authentication protocols like SAML, OIDC, OAuth.Experience with incident and problem management.Understanding of compliance frameworks (SOX, HIPAA).Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and typically 4+ years of relevant experience.

Preferable Skills & Experience

Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CIAM.Experience with scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python).Experience in regulated environments (Healthcare, Pharma, Financial Services).

The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.
