Essential Skills + Experience in customer service. + Proficiency in data entry. + Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls. + Familiarity with call center operations. + Strong active listening skills. Work Environment These are remote opportunities requiring candidates to live within 60 miles of Dallas, TX. The contact center operates 24/7 to support members globally, ensuring work-life balance with flexible shifts. Scheduled breaks and meals are structured, with shifts allowing a one-hour variation in start and end times. Expect to handle back-to-back phone calls for up to four hours before breaks.
