Job Title: Member Service Representative (MSR) - Contact CenterJob Description We are seeking dedicated Member Service Representatives to respond to inquiries and requests from our members and other individuals within a 24/7 high-volume, schedule-driven, and structured contact center operation. You will provide information regarding our products and services, demonstrating knowledge, active listening, and adaptability across multiple systems to ensure an optimal member experience. You will perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts, while advising members on additional products and services that may meet their needs. Responsibilities + Respond to member inquiries and requests within a high-volume contact center. + Provide accurate information regarding products and services. + Perform transactions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts. + Advise members on products and services that may suit their needs. + Ensure compliance with policy and procedures in a structured environment. + Engage with members using active listening and multiple system adaptability. Essential Skills + Experience in customer service and data entry. + Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls. + Ability to adapt to high-volume call environments. + Strong policy compliance skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Background in call center, administrative, secretary/receptionist roles, banking/mortgage, or high-volume retail environments. Why Work Here? Work Environment These are remote opportunities, and candidates must live within 60 miles of Suite 250, Virginia Beach, VA. The contact center operates 24/7/365, offering flexibility in shift schedules. Scheduled breaks and meals are taken as planned, with most shifts allowing for a one-hour variation in start and end times. Representatives handle back-to-back phone calls for the majority of their shifts, potentially up to four hours before the next break. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Virginia Beach, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
