**Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Power BI Tableau and MS Excel. This role involves analyzing complex data sets to drive business insights and support decision-making processes. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity contributing to the companys strategic goals. **Responsibilities** + Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends and patterns that can inform business decisions. + Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau to provide actionable insights. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. + Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation and cleansing activities. + Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis and visualization. + Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track the effectiveness of business strategies. + Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support various business initiatives and projects. + Optimize data collection processes and implement data management best practices. + Train and support team members in the use of data analysis tools and techniques. + Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data analytics and visualization. + Contribute to the development of data-driven strategies that align with the companys objectives. + Communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. + Support the continuous improvement of data analytics processes and methodologies. **Qualifications** + Possess a strong proficiency in Power BI Tableau and MS Excel for data analysis and visualization. + Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. + Have a solid understanding of data management principles and best practices. + Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively convey complex data insights to stakeholders. + Show experience in working in a hybrid work model and collaborating with remote teams. + Display the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. + Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality data analysis and insights.
