MSC Process Analyst III, Korea
**WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH** The role reports to the Manager of Marketplace Supply Chain for Nike Sales. The team collaborates with various internal business functions including Sales, Merchandising, Logistics, Planning, and Finance to support business decisions. They maintain close communication with B2B accounts, actively supporting their requests and providing solutions and services that help partners grow their business. **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR** Nike is looking for an analytical, detail-driven professional to strengthen our Marketplace Supply Chain operations in Korea. The MSC Process Analyst brings a service-first mindset, ensuring orderbook integrity and delivering premium solutions for key partners. This role demands a proactive problem solver who can interpret data, manage complexity, and collaborate across functions to drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, communicates with clarity, and leverages insights to enable growth for both Nike and our partners. + Open to work in Seoul, South Korea + Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain or related field is strongly preferred + Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in supply chain, sales or sales operations, and/or fulfillment operations in FMCG or retail industry + Capabilities in Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Management, Supply Chain Operations, Process Analysis, and Storytelling with Data + Ability to communicate effectively, actively, and cross-functionally to ensure a thorough understanding of business plans, consumer needs, and a competitive landscape + Ability to manage and lead through ambiguity with balancing multiple deadlines and priorities + Problem solving and storytelling through critical thinking and facts + Experience with SAP and Advanced knowledge of MS office applications + Fluency in English & Korean with multi-tasking skills **WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON** You will be responsible for the orderbook health and integrity for Nike’s key partners by providing premium order management services that are in line with APLA’s services strategies. On any given day, you might be in direct communication with our partners and play an active role in identifying complex topics and utilizing operational knowledge and skills to navigate solutions on behalf of our key partners on the end-to-end operation flow.
