As part of an agile development team, you will design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Power Automate). Your responsibilities include participating in technical design sessions, coding with best practices, and ensuring quality through collaboration and continuous feedback. You will provide production support for critical issues, coach junior team members, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and integrated solutions. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, adherence to development standards, and a proactive approach to innovation and teamwork.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:. 8 years of experience in end-to-end application development
. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Power Automate)
. 2–3 years working in an Agile environment
. Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and integration principles
. Experience with authentication methods (SSO, token-based, certificate-based)
. Familiarity with Windows Services (asset)
. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
. Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and maintain professionalism
. English fluency required; French is an asset
