**Maintenance Technician II – Automated Systems | Weekly Pay | Advancement Opportunities** **Location:** 11500 Freeman Road, Huntley, IL 60142 **Job Type:** Full-Time | Permanent **Pay:** $62,337.60 per year **About the Role** We are seeking a skilled **Maintenance Technician II** to join our operations team. In this role, you will repair and maintain material handling equipment, pneumatic systems, and automated packaging/distribution equipment. You’ll also mentor junior technicians while working in a cutting-edge facility with a strong safety-first culture. **Responsibilities** + Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures + Perform preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation + Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as belts, motors, photo-eyes, and relays + Install, maintain, and repair automated systems and components + Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics + Track and store department inventory + Move up to 50 lbs and stand/walk during shifts up to 12 hours **Requirements** + High school diploma or equivalent + 2+ years of experience with automated conveyor systems and controls + 2+ years repairing material handling equipment + 2+ years performing predictive and preventative maintenance + 1+ year of metal and wood fabrication + 1+ year of blueprint and electrical schematic reading + Ability to use a multimeter and troubleshoot electrical/electronic principles **Preferred Qualifications** + Associate degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical field + Apprenticeship or equivalent experience in mechanical/electrical work + Experience with MHE safety standards, CMMS systems, and robotics + Project management experience **Why Join Us?** + **Weekly pay** + Comprehensive benefits starting on your first day + Advancement opportunities and training programs + Work in a modern, automated facility with a safety-first culture **Apply today and take your maintenance career to the next level!** **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Huntley, IL. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $62337.60 - $62337.60/yr.
