About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our operations team. In this role, you will repair and maintain material handling equipment, pneumatic systems, and automated packaging/distribution equipment. You’ll also mentor junior technicians while working in a cutting-edge facility with a strong safety-first culture.

ResponsibilitiesPromote a safe working environment by following all safety proceduresPerform preventative maintenance routines with proper documentationTroubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as belts, motors, photo-eyes, and relaysInstall, maintain, and repair automated systems and componentsRead and interpret blueprints and electrical schematicsTrack and store department inventoryMove up to 50 lbs and stand/walk during shifts up to 12 hoursRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience with automated conveyor systems and controls2+ years repairing material handling equipment2+ years performing predictive and preventative maintenance1+ year of metal and wood fabrication1+ year of blueprint and electrical schematic readingAbility to use a multimeter and troubleshoot electrical/electronic principlesPreferred QualificationsAssociate degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical fieldApprenticeship or equivalent experience in mechanical/electrical workExperience with MHE safety standards, CMMS systems, and roboticsProject management experienceWhy Join Us?Weekly payComprehensive benefits starting on your first dayAdvancement opportunities and training programsWork in a modern, automated facility with a safety-first culture
