**Date Posted:** 2025-07-12 **Country:** Singapore **Location:** 41 Changi North Crescent, Singapore **Position Role Type:** Unspecified To perform mechanical repair & assembly work of aircraft structural component. + Able to perform the following: + Part Forming and Fabrication + Structural Repair + Cost Conscious in Repair Process + Handle and responsible for one job + Carry out repair process to meet job delivery + Carry out repair work according to repair scheme / routing + Fill in production planning and quality records + Skillful in assembly work + Perform basic troubleshooting in assembly work + Clear routing upon job completion + Produce good quality repair work + Ensure a safe environment with 5S on workshop Requirements – + Minimum 3 years of Structural repair experience in an aerospace MRO environment OR + Diploma in Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering (Fresh graduate without experience) – Direct Entry + CAAS Paper A12, L12, F11, F12 and C14 (a plus) + Demonstrate good personal responsibility + Good work attitude and a team player + Understand Lean process & concept + Knowledge in Fitting techniques, mechanical and structural assembly. + Production standards and tolerance principles + Able to read engineering blue prints and repair sketches + Good communication skill + Strong problem solving ability + Able to use Microsoft Office software _RTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
