Requirements –

Minimum 3 years of Structural repair experience in an aerospace MRO environment ORDiploma in Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering (Fresh graduate without experience) – Direct EntryCAAS Paper A12, L12, F11, F12 and C14 (a plus)Demonstrate good personal responsibilityGood work attitude and a team playerUnderstand Lean process & conceptKnowledge in Fitting techniques, mechanical and structural assembly.Production standards and tolerance principlesAble to read engineering blue prints and repair sketchesGood communication skillStrong problem solving abilityAble to use Microsoft Office software
