This role is ideal for someone with strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety in a production environment. **Key Responsibilities** + Perform maintenance, repair, and overhaul on electrical and mechanical components + Troubleshoot issues and perform diagnostic testing + Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble parts according to specifications + Use hand tools, testing equipment, and precision instruments + Document work performed and maintain accurate records + Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines + Maintain a clean and organized work area + Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals **Qualifications** + Previous MRO, mechanical, electrical, or technical repair experience preferred + Ability to read and follow technical manuals, diagrams, and work instructions + Strong problem‑solving skills and mechanical aptitude + Comfortable working with small parts and precision tools + Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks + Reliable attendance and strong work ethic **What We Offer** + **$23/hr starting pay** + **Raise up to $24–$26/hr after 90‑day training period** + **Full benefits package and 401(k)** + **Stable, full‑time schedule** + **Opportunities for advancement and skill development** + **Supportive, team‑oriented work environment** **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sarasota, FL. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
