**Job Description**
In this position, you will coordinate and support all necessary actions between SAFRAN AIRCRAFT ENGINES MRO Offload Organization and our US engine maintenance shops, leading to challenging the performance of those shops as well as ensuring our Customers' (the Airlines) satisfaction.
In a context of ramp up, we are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual capable of being involved in day-to-day operations and also good at getting the global picture of the actions needed to perform. This role involves direct interaction with Airlines and Maintenance Shops and requires to get a good understanding of SAFRAN AIRCRAFT ENGINES organization and our MRO ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of engine maintenance, customer relationship, continuous improvement methodologies and management experience.
**Job Requirements**
• Propose Engine Owners allocation for engines and modules Shop Visit in his/her region.
• Propose Engine Owners Lead appointment.
• Provide reports on wing-to-wing operations for engines and modules in US region. As such, reviews and confirms monthly industrial commitments used for financial objectives (Rofo) with the shops.
• Execute the industrial scheme of the maintenance and repair of engines, modules and parts in the WIP of US shops, based on Engine Owners and production planning team.
• Is a key stakeholder for the MPS (Master Production Schedule) and S&OP (Sales and Operations Plan) processes to ensure that the plan in terms of capacity and capability meets customer needs. He/She relies in particular on MRO Planning teams and Road to Ramp-up / SPM teams in order to confirm its adequacy.
• Flow-down to Engine Owners any new repair industrializations information and cost reduction actions, in coordination with MCRB. He/She ensures that Engine Owners have the right level of understanding of the robustness of these industrializations in order to make optimal decisions to combine cost and TAT objectives.
• Is the focal point for Global Operations team.
• As such, ensures that customer priorities are taken into account at Offload US partners and ensures that delegation processes are defined and associated mandate fully deployed to Engine Owners and support functions.
• Set up Shop Visit management system and provides support to the team on:
Escalation within SAFRAN and/or GE,
Collaborative tool set-up / deployment,
Management rituals and communication to Customers.
• Sets up and manages the organization for Cost-tracking the Offload operations in his/her region.

Required Education:
Minimum: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Engineering, Industrial management or Operations management.
Required Experience:
• Minimum 8 years' experience in MRO, Systems Engineering and/or Design Office in relation to production and parts development.
• Project Management experience preferred.
• MRO background, knowledge, and experience preferred
• Ability to work within a cross-functional team and matrix management structure.
• Excellent problem resolution, judgment, and decision-making skills required with a thorough working knowledge of methods and practices (DOE, PFMEA, 8D analysis, Control Plans, Lean Manufacturing concepts, DMAIC, Root Cause Analysis, etc.).

• Is accountable for wing-to-wing Operations Performance (Quality, TAT, costs) for the Shop Visits allocated to the Offload shops in his/her region.
• As such, the Regional Manager is fully supported by the team of Engine Owners.
• Ensure the ramp-up execution for MRO Offload operations in his/her region, in particular, is responsible for setting up and managing the MRO Offload operations.
• Is accountable for the contract(s) fulfillment related to operations offloaded to SAFRAN's partners within his/her region.
• Actively contributes to all cost and TAT improvement plans, with Offload Improvement Manager.
