We offer a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package designed to reflect your value and commitment: + **Competitive Salary:** The hiring range for this position is **$41.03 – $61.55 per hour.** The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc. + **Comprehensive Health Coverage:** Low-cost full medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family. + **Retirement Planning:** A 403b retirement plan with employer base and matching contributions to help you plan for your future. + **Generous Paid Time Off (PTO)** : Time to rest, recharge, and enjoy life. + **Employer-Paid Insurance:** Life and disability insurance, with additional buy-up options for greater peace of mind. + **Professional Growth:** Tuition and continuing education reimbursement to support your ongoing learning and career advancement. + **Wellness Programs:** Benefits designed to promote your health and wellbeing. + **Robust Support Systems:** Expanded Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and mental health support. + **Relocation Assistance:** May be available for eligible candidates. **Your Daily Impact: Key Responsibilities** + Prepare and equip exam rooms to meet the needs of diverse examinations and physician requirements. + Organize your daily work schedule and manage related clerical duties efficiently. + Integrate previous imaging studies, lab results, patient history, and medical records to optimize each exam. + Determine the most appropriate examination based on patient information, consulting with physicians as needed. + Educate and instruct patients before and after procedures, ensuring they feel informed and comfortable. + Adapt exams as needed to address patient care problems, making decisions to resolve issues and apply additional study techniques when abnormalities are present. + Operate MRI scanners for data acquisition, reconstruction, and image documentation, performing quality control to ensure optimal image quality. + Strictly adhere to ACR Guidance Document for Safe MR Practices, prioritizing safety for patients, visitors, and caregivers. + Perform other patient care activities and duties consistent with your scope of practice, training, and licensure. **What You'll Bring: Skills & Qualifications** + **Education:** Graduation from an Accredited School of Radiologic Technology or equivalent. + **Experience:** A minimum of 1 year of previous experience is preferred. + **Credentials (Required Upon Hire)** : + One of the following: ARRT - Radiography, ARRT - Magnetic Resonance Imaging, ARRT - Sonography, Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist, OR American Registry of MRI Technologists Certification. + Required within 1.5 years: ARRT - Magnetic Resonance Imaging. + Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. + Current Licensure/Certification/Registration to practice in your trained modality as required by the State. + Multi-Modality Preference: Registration/Licensure in **multiple modalities (especially X-ray and CT) is highly preferred.** **Essential Skills:** + Demonstrated knowledge and application of age-specific principles of growth and development to meet patient needs. + Proven venipuncture competency. + Strong knowledge of radiologic and MRI terminology, practices, procedures, physiology, and human cross-sectional anatomy. + Proficiency in computer-based programs related to MR applications, including PACS/RIS knowledge + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and display flexibility in a fast-paced, changing work environment. + Proficiency with basic office equipment (telephones, copier, fax, computers). + Strong organizational and analytical skills. **Our Culture: PeaceHealth & the Pacific Northwest** At PeaceHealth, we are more than just a healthcare system – we are a **mission-driven organization** committed to providing compassionate care and promoting the health and wellbeing of our communities.
