The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc. + **Differentials:** $5.00/hr night shift | $1.00/hr weekend shift **What You’ll Do:** + Perform routine and specialized MRI procedures with precision and compassion. + Collaborate with physicians to tailor exams based on patient history and clinical needs. + Educate and support patients before, during, and after procedures. + Ensure safety by applying ACR MR safety guidelines. + Contribute to a culture of learning by mentoring students and new team members. + Demonstrates ability to adapt exam to address problems of patient care as they arise making decisions to appropriately resolve problems. Recognizes and ensures additional study and examination techniques are applied when abnormalities are present. + Operates MRI scanner for data acquisition, reconstruction and documentation of images, and performs quality control measures for the purpose of ensuring optimal quality images. + Performs other patient care activities, duties and responsibilities as assigned consistent with Caregivers’ scope of practice, training, experience and license/certification/registration. + Performs other duties as assigned. **What You Bring** + **Education:** Accredited School of Radiologic Technology Required, or equivalent education and/or experience as required for obtaining certification/license/registration as required by State for clinical practice + **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year previous experience preferred + **Skills:** Demonstrated venipuncture competency, demonstrated knowledge of radiologic and MRI terminology, practices, procedures, physiology, and human cross-sectional anatomy, competency in computer-based programs as they relate to MR applications, PACS/RIS knowledge + **Certifications:** ARRT - Radiography, ARRT - Magnetic Resonance Imaging, ARRT - Sonography, Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist, or American Registry of MRI Technologists Certification required upon hire. Basic Life Support certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross required upon hire.
